

Personal Training (On Location Only) - Personal training is one-on-one focus and program design for your specific goals. Our services are broken up into equally important segments: Nutrition, Program Design, and Frequency. These are the three basic necessities required to getting you the desired results.
Nutrition guidance will teach you how and why to eat healthy, how to prepare meals, and how to read nutrition labels. Program Design is made up of routines for each week to fit your individual needs. Program Design involves cardiovascular training, strength and resistance training. Programs follow basic principles of teaching you proper form and frequency to deliver results in weight loss and strength, while avoiding injury and stress.
